Alumni, families, friends, and campus community members
are invited to a film screening of

DEVOTION

Friday, March 24, 2023

5:00 PM to 9:30 PM

This film is based on the book Devotion: An Epic Story of Heroism, Friendship, and Sacrifice
by Adam Makos.

On this special evening, we will honor Capt. Thomas J. Hudner Jr. ’43, Medal of Honor recipient, for his heroism and bravery. Devotion is an inspirational true story of two navy pilots, Ensign Jesse Brown and Hudner, during the Korean War. The evening will also pay tribute to the Hudner and Brown families and all veterans in our Andover community.

This multidimensional event will provide an important learning experience for students, faculty, and alumni; it
underscores Phillip Academy’s commitment to those who are serving or have served in the military and to non sibi in its truest form.
